Fennec Training provides the opportunity to conduct i.e. Crew Resource Management (CRM) training as a online course or a online LIVE course.
In addition, we provide Human Factors/CRM -training for UAS operators in the form of an E-book.

Our Crew Resource Management training courses designed for helicopter/VTOL operations will improve the efficiency of your team and reduce the number of conflict situations in your operations.
All CRM courses are designed to comply with the regulatory requirements of EASA AMC 145 A 30 / AMC 1 ORO.FC 115/215.

About us
Fennec Safety was founded in 2017 and focuses on safety training and consulting, specializing in human factors and Crew Resource Management. Ralf Molander, Founder and Director, is currently acting as a commander on a FinnHEMS-medical helicopter and has extensive experience in helicopter operations and training. In addition, Ralf has completed an MSc-course in Human factors and system safety at Lund University in 2012-2014 and is currently an authorized Crew Resource Management trainer.
